The Heroes between the Posh
The road season is about to hit it’s end, same as the summer. The weather couldn’t have been any worse on that sunday, but the race had to be ridden. It’s the 50th edition of the “Rund um die Kö”, a very traditional inner city race, first held in 1968. One side up, one side down. Four corners. Divided by the Stadtgraben, a little water filled moat. Surrounded by luxurious shops, restaurants and cafés.
International Cyclists started in Criterium Races, Derny Races and in a Fixed Gear Race.
It was a real tough day. For real Heroes!
